philblines.com is run by Phil (PhilBlines). Using the site or downloading a track means you agree to what is written here. It is short on purpose.

The music

The tracks are my own productions, remixes and bootlegs, and I keep the copyright in what I have made. Remixes and bootlegs build on other people’s records: the original songs belong to their writers and rights holders, and those tracks are shared for promotional, non-commercial listening only.

What you can do

• Stream the tracks here as much as you like.
• Download the WAVs for your own listening and to play in your DJ sets, live or recorded. A credit is appreciated but not required.

What you can’t do

• Sell the tracks, or put them in anything you sell, without asking first.
• Upload them to streaming services, stores or other sites as your own, or claim you made them.
• Use scripts or bots to download in bulk, or work around the daily download limits.

Rights holders

If you own rights in a record used in a remix or bootleg here and want it taken down, email info@philblines.com with the track name and it will be removed.

Support

Where the site offers a “Support PhilBlines” link, anything you give is a voluntary gift towards my time and the cost of running the site. It is not a payment for any track and buys nothing: every track is free whether or not you give, and nothing extra is unlocked. Payments are handled entirely by PayPal under its own terms. Given something by mistake? Email info@philblines.com and I will send it back.

The service

This is a personal site offered free of charge, as is. It may be paused or changed at any time, for example if it gets too expensive to run, and I can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Downloads are limited per day to keep the site affordable.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
